Far-Field DOA Estimation of Uncorrelated RADAR Signals through Coprime Arrays in Low SNR Regime by Implementing Cuckoo Search Algorithm

For the purpose of attaining a high degree freedom (DOF) for direction arrival (DOA) estimations in radar technology, coprime sensor arrays (CSAs) are evaluated this paper. In addition, global and local minima extremely non-linear functions investigated, aiming to improve DOF. The optimization features cuckoo search (CS) algorithm utilized DOA estimation far-field sources low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) environment. analytical approach proposed CSAs, CS terms cumulative distribution function (CDF), fitness SNR accuracy presented. parameters like root mean square error (RMSE) frequency distribution, RMSE variability analysis, accuracy, CDF, robustness against snapshots noise Monte Carlo simulation runs explored model performance estimation. conclusion, technology through CSA achievements contrasted with existing tools such as particle swarm (PSO).
